Payment is accepted via PayPal or Ko-fi. Clients may choose between 100% upfront payment or a 50/50 split for orders exceeding $70 USD.

A full refund is available only if the commission is canceled before the artwork process begins or if the artist cancels the project.

Revisions Policy: Up to 3 major revisions are included during the process. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Revisions are not accepted after final delivery.

Turnaround Time: Completion times vary depending on the project but typically range from 3 to 60 days. Delays may occur due to workload or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Format: Final artwork will be delivered as high-resolution PNG files. Editable files (e.g., PSD) or other file formats can be provided upon request.

Usage Guidelines: Prices listed are for personal use only. Commercial rights, including for products or branding, can be negotiated separately. Commissioned work cannot be used for AI training, NFTs, or other non-agreed purposes.

Prohibited Actions: Reselling, redistributing, or removing the artist’s signature is forbidden without written consent. Public uploads must include proper credit to the artist.

The artist reserves the right to decline commissions and retains all rights to the artwork, including showcasing the artwork in their portfolio or social media, unless otherwise agreed upon.
